With our school vision at the centre of all conversations, our curriculum construction began with discussions around our hopes for our ‘end of phase child’ (what fruit do we want our children to bear during their time with us and be able to take with them into the wider world). We then spent time considering how the curriculum we feel is right for our children in our context would align with the National Curriculum.

Below are our carefully sequenced curriculum progression maps which outline key knowledge, skills and vocabulary the children will encounter in in each subject in each year. These plans are subject to change as we continually hone and develop our curriculum to ensure they are the best they can be to meet the needs of our children.
